I found a fun website, for those of you how haven't seen it already:

http://www.topsecretrecipes.com

Some of the recipes are free, and some you pay for (79 cents each). I made the Benihana Ginger dressing earlier this weekend - it earned the 5 star rating the website had rated it - yum! My husband will only eat half his salad when we go to Benihana's, but he's been eating this stuff every day.

Anyway, I hope someone else can have some fun with this too.

I was in Orange Julius Heaven when I found this site and the recipe for that amazing beverage called Orange Julius ! Does anyone know how to make a Greek flat bread that is cooked on a griddle and when finished is thicker than a pita and easy to wrap around food ? I have no idea what it is called other than Greek Flat Bread. It remains soft and has a lovely flavor and texture. If you know what it is, will you share ? Thanks !

Good Morning Robert,
I just pushed Pete aside and took over the mission control seat in our house so that I could give you my two cents regarding flat Greek pita bread. I know what you are looking for and haven't actually made them myself but being Greek, I've eaten a ton of those over the years. Here are a couple of recipe links that looked promising.

I believe the rounds are baked first and then later can be put in a greased pan/grill top to warm up when needed. One of those recipes mentions that. I've had good authentic ones (soft, pliable) and average ones. I'm going to research some more in my Greek cookbooks, and I know a Lebanese Grandma that I will confer with. for you. Yummmmmm....
